• Price: 150$+

• Includes half/full body shot of the character, a background, composition, lighting, etc.

• Add-ons:

• Extra character: +70% of base price. (up to 2 characters in one piece)

• Props/Object: 1-2 simple props are free, more will cost 7-10$ each.

• Note: specific pricing will depend on cut (half/full), character complexity as well as background view (how much of the background is to be visible in the artwork).

♡‧₊˚ CHARACTER SHEET

• Character Sheet: 200$+

• Outfit Design: 350$+ (comes with character sheet)

• Character Design: 400$+ (comes with character sheet)

• Will include a front view of the character (shaded), a back view (flat), 1 bust-up or emote, 1-2 props/close-ups if requested, a color palette if requested, bits of written lore/information if requested, and a simple pattern background.For Character Design: Lore and/or theme must be provided by the commissioner.
For Outfit Design: Original design must be provided by the commissioner, the character MUST be owned by the commissioner.Add-ons:
• Extra Bust-up/Emote: $20+ (will do up to 3).
• Props/Close-ups: 1-2 simple props are free, more will cost 7-10$ each. (ex. closer shot of tail, shoes, accessories, etc.)
• Chibi: $15+ (will do one fullbody).
Design Add-ons:
• Extra outfit +80% base price (up to 2 extra outfits in the same canvas, you may commission me again for more).

♡‧₊˚ DISCLAIMER• By commissioning me for my services, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and will comply with their contents in good faith.
• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• You are expected to first review my base prices before contacting me.
• Clients who have commissioned work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.
• Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.♡‧₊˚ GENERAL• I reserve the right to decline any order at my discretion.
• I only accept a limited number of slots at a time. (contact to be added to a waitlist)
• All of my sales are "Digital Artwork". It is the digital file that you are purchasing. Nothing is ever intended to be physically shipped to the client, nor am I required to ever ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.♡‧₊˚ ORDERING PROCESS>>> For The Client:
• You will email a picture of your character(s) ([email protected]) alongside other information, such as the cut (half/full...), the commission type (character/illustration/character sheet) and the due date if any. If you wish to commission for a character design or outfit design, make sure to give me a concept or theme, alongside any information you see fit (backstory/lore/purpose of the design[game/visual novel/vtuber...etc]/inspiration boards...etc)
• You hold the right to make minor changes to your request (details, colors) before the payment is made.
• You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission, which must be disclosed prior to payment. This deadline must not be changed after the payment has been made.
>>> For The Artist:
• I usually take 1-3 days to respond to email commission requests and inquiries.
• If I respond, I have accepted your commission, and will send you a quote. After the payment plan is confirmed (generally 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval) I will send you my paypal.me link for payment.
✖ DO NOT send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment.
• I reserve the right to decline a project or charge a fee (at least 25%) if there is too short of a time allowance.♡‧₊˚ PAYMENTS• All prices are listed in USD, and payments are to be made via PayPal.
• Payment will generally be made 50% upfront followed by 50% after sketch approval.
• Prices will increase depending on the complexity of the commission. (Contact for a quote)
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have confirmed payment.♡‧₊˚ REFUNDS• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
• Full refunds are guaranteed only before I begin working. After I begin work, full refunds are not guaranteed.
• Partial refunds may be requested before approval of the sketch.
• You will get a full refund if I'm personally unable to finish the commission.
• Purposefully issued chargebacks without contacting me prior will result in your immediate blacklisting, your loss of any copyright over my work, and a "beware post".♡‧₊˚ REVISIONS• It is your responsibility as the client to ensure your order contains all the details you want me to follow. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished piece or model if no feedback was given to amend it.
• Relatively big change requests will be allowed during the sketch phase (cloths/pose). Only small revisions are allowed during the clean-up/line-art phase.
• Please refrain from asking for multiple revisions during the rendering stage. I highly recommend making sure the sketch is exactly to your liking before you approve of it.
• Please let me know if what you want to be changed/revised all at once once I share the work in progress. Not doing so will make the work process longer and slower.♡‧₊˚ COMMUNICATION• My commissions are NOT FCFS.
• To respect my creative process, please avoid frequent progress checks—I’ll keep you updated on your commission every step of the way, so no worries!
• For faster and more direct communication, feel free to contact me on Discord (@Ananovarae) after I have accepted your commission.♡‧₊˚ COPYRIGHT/USAGE>>> For The Artist:
• I reserve the right to sign and watermark my own work. I will send you a full resolution image, but my signature will remain on all resolutions of the artwork. For commercial tier 3, I will send both the watermarked and unwatermarked version.
>>> For The Customer:
• The customer may use the artwork for display on SNS with no direct monetization, which can be banners, profile pictures, posts...etc.
• If customer bought the commercial rights, artwork can be used for promotional/streaming purposes/digital goods or merchandise. (check commercial use tiers)
✖ DO NOT sell or profit from my work unless commercial price has been paid.
✖ DO NOT modify or claim the work as your own.
✖ The customer can not use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI. If done, customer will be instantly blacklisted.♡‧₊˚ VISIBILITY/SHARING POLICY• I retain the right to post the finished work on my SNS accounts (X, IG...).
• Whether I can stream the process or post WIPs is your decision, as long as I can share the finished product.
• If you do not wish for me to share the work at all, an additional fee depending on the commission type is required.
• If you wish for the posting date to be delayed (ex. due to Vtuber debuts, etc.), you may let me know. This does not impose an extra fee.
• After you have paid for the work, I will not profit from it further. I may use your piece as a sample for my commissions (if not agreed against).♡‧₊˚ WAITLIST POLICY• I accept waitlists.
>>> How My Waitlist Works:
• If you ask to be added to a waitlist, I will save your username or email if provided to the list. You MUST provide the commission details, such as the character/design theme, the style, the commission type (character/illustration/design), etc.
• Being on the waitlist does NOT guarantee you getting a commission. I will prioritize the waitlist but will only choose commissions I am comfortable working with (as mentioned prior, my commissions are not FCFS).
✖ Do NOT harass me over not getting a commission after being added to the waitlist. I will reach out to you first once my commissions are open and will prioritize you, but if the commission is beyond my abilities I will NOT work on it. Breaking this rule will result in you being added to a blacklist and banned from future commissions.♡‧₊˚ GUIDELINES• I will NOT draw: real people, NSFW, Mecha, Furries.
• I will draw: kemonomimi, fanart (selective), OCs, Gore.＞ TOS is subject to change without previous notice.
